Whether you want to study in your home country or travel abroad, deciding on the location of the university is very crucial. Do you want a university that is located in a metropolitan area, a major city, a small town or a rural area? This will have a major impact on the quality of life for the time you will be attending the university.

Science and math teaching in the region should be improved — Part I

Last month, the results of the TIMSS global math and science test for 2011 were announced. TIMSS, which stands for Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study, is a standardized test that is administered to Grade 4 and 8 pupils every four years. In 2011, 50 countries participated, including 10 Arab states.
